Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in every home we clean. If something was missed or you have any concern about your cleaning, let us know within 48 hours of your appointment and we'll come back to make it right at no additional charge.

How to Request a Re-Clean

Contact us by phone at (443) 333-9335 or email at saltandglow.clean@gmail.com. Please describe the area or concern, and photos are always helpful. We'll schedule a return visit at a time that works for you.

Refunds

Because our services are performed in person and we stand behind our work with a free re-clean, all payments for completed cleanings are final and non-refundable. Tips are paid directly to your cleaning team and are also non-refundable.

Billing Errors

If you were charged the wrong amount or charged twice, contact us and we'll correct it promptly.
